John

John Zeiss

John Zeiss joined Dave's Auto Repair in August 2019 after moving to Sarasota from Colonia, New Jersey. John is an ASE Certified Master Level 1 Advanced Technician, Undercar and Diesel Specialist. John delivers all Dave's Auto Repair customers the highest level of ASE training.

John has over 25 years of decorated service and experience in the automotive repair industry. John Zeiss's hard work and commitment to excellence was recognized in 2014 when he received the RepairPal/ASE Master Automobile Technician of the Year Award in 2014. The Award and Honor is based on John's outstanding performance on ASE tests putting his knowledge and mastery of skills in the top tier of National ASE standards. One of the keys to Johns success is his commitment to ongoing training through continuing education and his commitment to stay current in his trade.

Dave's Auto Repair is very proud to have John in its family of technicians. Johns technical skill and mastery equates to his unique ability to diagnose nearly all makes and models from Chevy's to Fords to Porsche's and Mercedes, you name it, John can fix it.

 

James

James Nieding

James Nieding joined Dave's Auto Repair in March of 2019 after 10 years of working at the local BMW dealership. James is a Level 1 BMW Master Technician, the highest level manufacturer training possible. He can work on anything BMW related from oil services, to electrical repairs, and any major engine repairs.

With over 10 years experience working on BMWs, James has expanded to other German brands, Audi, VW, and Mercedes. Dave's Auto Repair is very happy to have such a highly specialized tech as part of our team.

 

Jessica

Jessica

Jessica Caycedo began her career in the automotive industry in 2001, at 18 years old. Initially hired by Gunther Volkswagen of Fort Lauderdale as a Cashier, Jessica was quickly recognized by Gunther management as someone with the intellect and capacity for greater responsibility. Within three months, Jessica was promoted to Service Coordinator, and within 3 years she would be again promoted to Assistant Service Manager of one of the highest volume Volkswagen dealerships in America, Gunther Volkswagen. Jessica remained at Gunther until starting her family. She took two years off to give birth to her two sons Christian in 2004 and Logan in 2005. When Jessica returned to the industry, she returned to the luxury automotive service market in Naples Florida, for brands including Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW. For the next 13 years Jessica remained a top performer in the service departments of top dealerships. She has developed an impeccable reputation in the industry for accomplishing the highest scores in customer satisfaction.

Jessica attributes much of her success to understanding the needs of each of her customers and being available to them anytime. She encourages customers to call or text her anytime!
