Over the years it has not been uncommon for other auto repair shops in the area to send a customer to Dave's when they came upon a problem they could not resolve. When Dave sold the business the concern was that without Dave, a superstar mechanic, the shop's ability to take on all repairs, routine as well as incredibly difficult, would diminish. Not so.
